1. Who can use HuckMePlease

• You must be 18 or older. We ask for your date of birth before you can use the app. HuckMePlease is not for children.
• If we learn an account belongs to someone under 18, we delete it.
• You must give us true information about your age and identity.

2. What HuckMePlease is

HuckMePlease is a private planner for adults who already have a partner, spouse or someone they have already agreed to see. It helps with calendars, rides, safety check-ins and optional health result sharing. The name is a joke. The safety and privacy are not.

3. What HuckMePlease is not

• Not a dating app. There is no browsing, searching, swiping or matching. You can only invite someone you already know.
• Not for solicitation, prostitution, escorting, sugar arrangements, sex work or sex trafficking, in any form.
• No payments between users. HuckMePlease never accepts, sends, holds or arranges payments, tips or gifts between users, of any kind. The only thing you can ever pay for is an optional HuckMePlease Premium subscription, paid to us through our payment processor. Rides are booked and paid in the ride app you choose (like Uber or Lyft), not in HuckMePlease.

4. Zero-tolerance rules

You may not use HuckMePlease to:

• Offer or ask for money, gifts or anything of value in exchange for sex.
• Advertise or arrange any commercial sexual activity, or use Premium or any feature to facilitate it.
• Contact, invite or share content involving anyone under 18.
• Pressure anyone, ignore a "no," or plan anything without the other person's clear consent.
• Share intimate images or private health information of anyone without their clear consent.
• Harass, threaten, stalk or impersonate anyone.

Breaking these rules gets your account permanently removed. Where the law requires it, we report illegal activity (including anything involving a minor) to the authorities.

5. Consent

Everything in HuckMePlease is opt-in for both people. Either person can say "not tonight" or cancel at any time, for any reason, and the other person only sees that plans changed. Sharing of health results, patient portal (like MyChart) links or photos only happens when you choose to share, with the one person you choose, and they accept.

6. Health information

Health results you share are provided by you. We do not verify them medically, and nothing in HuckMePlease is medical advice. Talk to a doctor or clinic about testing and protection.

7. Your safety

Meet and travel safely. Use the check-in and "made it home" features, and tell someone you trust where you will be. You are responsible for your own decisions and conduct.

8. Premium, billing and cancellation

• Free plan: free forever. No card needed.
• Premium: $14.97 per month, or $149.70 per year (2 months free). Premium renews automatically at the same price each month or year until you cancel. You will see the price and renewal terms before you pay.
• Who charges you: payments are processed by our payment processor, Commas, and appear on your statement from Lighthouse Voyages LLC, the company that operates HuckMePlease.
• Cancel anytime: in the app go to Privacy & data, then Manage Premium, then Cancel Premium, or email support@huckmeplease.com. Cancelling stops future charges. You keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Refunds: see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Price changes: we will tell you before any price change applies to you. Founding members keep their price.

9. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend or remove accounts that break these terms.

10. No warranties and limits on liability

HuckMePlease is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for what users do, for meetings between users, or for any indirect or consequential damages.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. If the changes are significant, we will tell you in the app before they apply.
